Houston Hobby Airport (HOU)
- Gate Information: Southwest Airlines uses gates 20-24 and 40-51 in the Central Concourse.
- Ticketing: You can purchase tickets at the Central Concourse ticket counter. The ticket counter is open from 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Sunday through Friday and from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Saturday.
- E-Ticket Check-In kiosks: Located in the lobby near the A Concourse Security Checkpoint, across from the Central Concourse ticket counter, and across from the Central Concourse Security Checkpoint.
- Baggage Claim: The baggage claim is on the lower level.
- Wi-Fi: Available in Central Concourse
